Functions

* A Deposit must be paid to secure the room of £150 unless otherwise stated by the club

* Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 weeks before the function date (deposit is refunded)

* Cancellation within 2 weeks of the function date is loss of deposit.

* The club does not allow the use of confetti including but not limited to confetti cannons, confetti balloons, and table confetti. Where confetti has been used an additional cleaning fee of £50 may be issued.

* Customers are not permitted to bring any of their own food or drinks

* Paying members of the Sports and Social do not need to pay room hire, but must pay the doorman fee where applicable. This should be paid as the deposit for the booking.

* The members discount is only applicable to the member and is not applicable to friends and family.

* In the event that the Hough End Centre has to cancel a booking prior to the function for any reason, a full refund will be issued. This is not applicable in the cases of a function having to be shut down on the night for any reason.

 

Meetings

* Full invoice details are required for bookings

* Invoices can not be split between different parties for a single booking

* Cancellations between 72hours and 2 weeks prior to the date of the meeting will require a 50% room hire payment.

* Cancellations within 72 hours of the date of the meeting will require full room hire payment

* In the event that the Hough End Centre has to cancel a booking prior to the meeting for any reason, no payment is required.
