* A Deposit must be paid to secure the room of £150 unless otherwise stated by the club

* Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 weeks before the function date (deposit is refunded)

* Cancellation within 2 weeks of the function date is loss of deposit.

* The club does not allow the use of confetti including but not limited to confetti cannons, confetti balloons, and table confetti. Where confetti has been used an additional cleaning fee of £50 may be issued.

* Customers are not permitted to bring any of their own food or drinks

* In the event that the Hough End Centre has to cancel a booking prior to the function for any reason, a full refund will be issued. This is not applicable in the cases of a function having to be shut down on the night for any reason.

*Any damages to club property during the event will be charged to the lead name on the booking



* Full invoice details are required for bookings

* Invoices can not be split between different parties for a single booking

* Cancellations between 72hours and 2 weeks prior to the date of the meeting will require a 50% room hire payment.

* Cancellations within 72 hours of the date of the meeting will require full room hire payment

* In the event that the Hough End Centre has to cancel a booking prior to the meeting for any reason, no payment is required.

* No kitchen facilities are available for use, including fridges and microwaves


Sports Hall 

* The hirer shall be responsible for payment and any other charges to do with the hire.
* The hirer shall not sub-let the right to use the facilities and must only use the facility for the agreed purpose.
* Hirers must ensure their contact details are up to date.
* Hirers with block bookings must try to give at least 1 weeks’ notice of cancellation or non-attendance where possible.
* We reserve the right to cancel any block bookings where the group has not been in attendance for at least 4 consecutive weeks.
* We reserve the right to review prices and will notify customers accordingly
* Payment for the booking should be made on the day of use unless agreed in writing with the Manager
* Set up and down of equipment will be undertaken during your hire time
* No equipment can be stored onsite without written permission from the Manager
* All users/hirers must comply with the conditions of use, have regard for the safety of, and behave considerately towards other users, colleagues, the building and equipment. Any user/hirer not doing so may be asked to leave the centre and must immediately leave if asked.
* The Hough End Centre seeks to maintain high standards throughout its facilities and expects all users and hirers to contribute to this
* The hirer must ensure that all attendees and participants abide by The Hough End Centre standards and rules
* All areas should be left clean, tidy and free from damage
* Any accident, injury or damage must be reported to the Duty Manager/Supervisor immediately
* The Hough End Centre are not authorised to accept any responsibility for the safe keeping of any money or goods
* Any articles we find, including items left in lockers at the end of the day will be removed. We are required to keep most items of found clothing/equipment etc for 4 weeks. We do not keep items of underwear, hairbrushes and combs etc. for hygiene reasons.
* The Hough End Centre accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, property or injury, illness or death on its premises unless caused by its own negligence.
* We may revise our terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or improvements we make to The Hough End Centre
* We reserve the right to request that any person leaves the premises if that person’s conduct is unacceptable. No refund of fees or other costs will be made in these circumstances.
* Should the fire alarm sound at the club, you must immediately leave the centre by the nearest available exit and meet at the designated meeting point located in the car park, whilst complying with any direction from The Hough End Centre.



* Members must pre-book a 45 minute time-slot
* Maximum capacity is 1 person per time slot
* Time slots can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance, and you can book up to 3 slots per week (Mon-Sun)
* To book your slot/s, you will need to call 0161 856 1797
* You must sign in for your slot prior to entering the gym with the manager/supervisor on shift
* A contact number will be taken for track and trace purposes
* The windows in the gym must be kept open for natural ventilation
* Members must wipe down equipment with the sanitiser and blue roll provided
* Hand sanitiser will be available in the gym
* The equipment will be cleaned/sanitised between each time slot
* Any members found to not be adhering with the gyms terms and conditions, will be asked to leave and will be unable to book further time slots

20:30 – 21:15 (Mon-Fri Only)
